Booking
your holiday home
- Check
the period you would like to stay and e-mail
us with the dates, name and reference of holiday home.
- We
will respond to confirm availability and price.
- Send
deposit to secure booking (please note by sending deposit you automatically
accept our terms and conditions).
- We
confirm booking and send you a booking form.
- Return
booking form, rental balance and security deposit 60 days before
rental period starts.
- We
provide you with details on how to get there and the local key pick-up
contacts.
Please
note that we do not release keys to any of our holiday homes unless
we received the full rental amount in advance.
Deposit
for bookings:
up
to 60 days before rental period: 25% of rental
60
days or less before rental period: 100% of rental
In
addition to the agreed rental price we charge a £250 deposit,
which will be refunded within 10 days after your stay.
